If you are very interested in this line of work – we highly recommend you have a TWIC and if you have High Hazard Training, it’s an added plus. If you don’t have either, do pursue them for future openings as this expedites the process from interview to working.

As of January 15, 2026 – we have the position of Safety Manager which we are shortlisting and contacting applicants. We have paused the Indeed posting (link) until we are done reviewing all the applicants at this time.

We are anticipating hiring in Skagit for some Turn-Around work (and beyond) – as well as in Whatcom for February 2026. We have already posted on Indeed (link) and you can also apply through our website (below).  We will ask applicants to attend our “Employer of the Day” (like a Job Fair but a Hiring event)  at WorkSource Bellingham (Thursday, January 29) where we will have an intro to our company, interviews, and hiring all at the event. If you are able to make it, be sure to touch base with Scott (HR) and plan to be at WorkSource at 1pm. We anticipate up to 12 positions (Technicians/Laborers, CMV/Technicians/Laborers, and Land Management Technicians/Laborers) to fill.
